School visits are a mandatory part of our Admissions Process. Families can choose to attend a “Get To Know Thacher” group event or book a “One-on-One School Tour” as part of the application submission process.
During these one-hour events for adults, visitors will see our students in action, hear about a typical school day, and learn more about the Montessori philosophy.

Please use our Online Application Form to apply and submit the $50 (per child) application fee.
All applications and application fees are due on January 31.
Prospective Student Visits are an important part of our admissions process as they allow our teachers to work with each applicant one-on-one.
Toddler and Children’s House applicants will visit in February.
Elementary applicants will visit our classrooms by appointment.
We will send admissions decisions on March 10.
We respectfully request responses on or before April 10.
Financial aid provides tuition assistance to families based on financial needs. Financial Aid is available to full-time students in Children’s House through Upper Elementary. We determine this with a thorough evaluative process beginning with your application through FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition).
