Our School/Mission

Natural Light, Easy Access to the Outdoors, and a Floor Plan that Facilitates Purposeful Work

These are all keys to an independent learning environment and fixtures of the classrooms at Thacher Montessori School in a building designed for Montessori learning.

Thanks to a steadfast commitment to our founder’s vision, Thacher has grown from a single classroom to a complete schoolhouse offering an outstanding Montessori education to diverse, excited, and curious children from all over the South Shore and Boston area.
