- Fast-break league games are split into two age groups - 8-10 (10U) - 11-13 (13U) - Build basketball IQ through real-time game film analysis - Foster teamwork, communication, and leadership - Enhance skills with the Dr. Dish shooting machine - Compete in league games with standings and a final-day tournament
